2015 年,艺术与人文研究理事会 (AHRC)中国数字版权和知识产权研究中心成立,中心成员来自诺丁汉大学的人文,理工,商科三大学院及英国埃克塞特大学。版权和知识产权是企业的关键考虑因素,尤其是那些利用技术改变现有商业模式的“颠覆性创新者”。该中心的研究旨在为政府、业界及科研机构提供制定政策所需的专业信息,支持版极和知识产权法规的发展,助力商业创新和商业设计。

The AHRC Centre for Digital Copyright and IP Research in China was established in March 2015. Combining British and Chinese expertise, the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) Centre for Digital Copyright and IP Research in China investigates global copyright challenges and opportunities for creative and technical industries in the fast developing Chinese context. Copyright and intellectual property (IP) laws are critical considerations for start-ups, entrepreneurs and corporations, particularly ‘disruptive innovators’ who use technology to shake-up existing business models. The Centre’s research will have relevance to government, business and education sectors in China and its findings aim to inform policy and support the development of consistent copyright and intellectual property regulation and to aid business innovation and commercial design across China. Since 2018 the Centre has developed a partnership with the IAPS Creative and Cultural Industries RPA, with whom we have hosted UNNC-based workshops and invited speaker sessions.

 

本平台由诺丁汉大学李达三创新基金资助,旨在依靠于已持有的3D打印模型数字水印专利技术,利用平台化、系统化、流程化优势,并且集成3D打印服务提供商,为商业终端客户提供便捷可靠的3D打印加密鉴权平台。平台提供的服务包括: 3D数字模型水印加密服务;3D打印成品归属鉴权服务;3D打印数据存储服务;3D打印数字模型设计文件交易服务等。

This platform aims to provide a reliable 3DP authentication platform for the targeted user based on patented 3DP watermarking technology. Taking advantage of its systematisation and integration, the proposed platform can provide such services as: 3DP watermarking encryption; 3DP finished product attribution and authentication; 3DP data storage; 3DP digital model design file trading, etc. The platform is funded by Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and "Designing the Authentication Platform based on the Patented 3D Printing Digital Watermarking Technology and Blockchain Technology" funded by the Li Dak Sum Innovation Fellowship.
